We are pleased to announce that a new online booking system for the Chi Wah Learning Commons Study Rooms will soon be launched. The new booking system supports the following enhanced features:
1. Information of co-applicant
For study rooms with seating capacity of 10 or more, co-applicant is required in submitting a booking request. Under the new system, the applicant will be required to input the co-applicant’s email address in making such a request which is more convenient than using staff/student number as in the past.
2. Calendar view
All confirmed bookings can be displayed using a calendar view.
3. iCalendar file
An iCalendar file is included in the email on booking confirmation. Users can simply click this file to add the booking into his/her personal calendar.
