To Contact Us via the “Self Reporting System”

Do you know you can contact us easily via the “Self Reporting System”?

This System is part of our Service Desk operation.  Through the System, staff members and students can make a service request or report a problem anytime and anywhere by means of just a few simple steps, as illustrated below: 

  1. Click “Self Reporting System” under http://www.its.hku.hk/contactus.  You will be prompted to login with your HKU Portal account.  
  2. Select “Urgency” and “Service” and briefly describe your request/problem.  Then click “Submit”.

After submission, the request/report will be automatically created in the System.  Our Service Desk officers will respond to the received requests/reports during office hours.  

Next time when you need assistance in using the central IT services, simply click Contact Us at ITS homepage (http://www.its.hku.hk/contactus).  You will then see the following button which will lead you to the Self Reporting System:
