IVRS for University Central Operator Service

For decades, the University has been providing the central telephone operator service through the number 2859 2111 to answer enquiries of telephone directory of the University manually.  We are now working to move away from the manual operation in handling telephone directory enquiries. 

An Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) is being implemented to answer enquiries through the number 2859 2111.  Our plan is to complete this development by end of June 2018.

We are also studying other automation means to modernize the support of the enquiry response service, for example, by means of Chatbot.  We consider this would be the general trend of providing answers to service enquiries.
