Information Technology Services provides technical support services for departments in operating audio and visual equipment for events, supporting video collaboration facilities, PC installation and migration, and network point installation.
From 1 January 2014, charging rates for technical support services provided by IT Services will be revised as follows. Please note that for services provided on Saturdays, Sundays and University holidays, the charge is in blocks of four hours, whereas the charge is on an hourly basis for other timeslots.

|Saturdays, Sundays and University holidays||$1,740/4-hour||$2,520/4-hour|
The following two forms are updated and are available for the booking of video collaboration facilities, application for accounts and audio visual support-
- Form CF43 “Reservation of Video Collaboration Device/Service & Application for Video Server Account” – for reservation of video collaboration facilities, request for VC support services, and application for video streaming and web conferencing accounts.
- Form CF44 “Request for Audio Visual Support Services” – for booking of audio-visual equipment in different venues and request for AV technical support services.
