Warranty Service Offered by Dell Computer
Starting from April 1999, Dell Computer has offered a local on-site support service for all the Dell computer equipment acquired by the departments of the University which are under warranty. This service is provided by Dell in addition to the toll-free tele-support service from Malaysia. Their local service hotline is at 2191 3813 and the opening hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday : 9:00 to 17:30
Saturday : 9:00 to 13:00
Departments can place the maintenance service requests to Dell directly through their local support hotline. Or, you may log your service requests through Computer Centre's maintenance hotline at 2859 2774 or via our service request form on the web at http://www.its.hku.hk/services/maintain.htm and Computer Centre will arrange the maintenance service for your Department.
