- Improve network technical support
- Advertise details of PC maintenance services
in the university
- Provide adequate technical support at least to
major upgrade needs (e.g. switching from Windows 3.1 to Windows 95)
- Provide immediate replacement of hardware while
the defected one is being repaired
- Computer room operators need to give their names
when answering the phone. When a problem is fixed, they should phone back
and tell what the problem was and how it was fixed.
