• Add more telephone lines and staff to the help desk. (3x)
• Provide on-site visiting service to departments. (3x)

Suggestions for improving Computer Maintenance / Operations

• Improve network technical support
• Advertise details of PC maintenance services in the university
• Provide adequate technical support at least to major upgrade needs (e.g. switching from Windows 3.1 to Windows 95)
• Provide immediate replacement of hardware while the defected one is being repaired
• Computer room operators need to give their names when answering the phone. When a problem is fixed, they should phone back and tell what the problem was and how it was fixed.
