Outside Practice Management System Enhanced with New Features
The "Applicant Proxy" provides applicants with a way to delegate their data entry tasks to their proxies and "Uploading Supporting Documents" allows applicant to attach supporting documents with their applications which can assist to streamline the application workflow and save the use of paper. Both features will help to add efficiency in the application and approval processes.
Through the "Appoint Proxy" function, applicants can appoint proxies to submit application(s) and actual income return(s) on their behalf. They can assign, change or delete a proxy who is a staff member of their Faculty by entering the staff number of the proxy as shown in Figure 1. Applicant can change their proxy at any time (only 1 proxy is allowed for each applicant) and a proxy can act on behalf of more than one Professoriate Staff member.

(b) Uploading Supporting Documents:
The "Uploading Supporting Documents" feature allows applicants to upload documents to support their outside practice application(s) or actual income return(s). Before an application is submitted, or after an application is approved, applicants can upload supporting documents under the "Supporting Documents" page, as shown in Figure 2, by pressing the "Browse" and "Add" buttons.
