What should I do if printing problem occurs (e.g. paper jam, toner low or out of paper)?

For problems encountered in using the uPrint printers, please report to the following support staff:

The Curve KKL 204 
Faculty-based PC laboratories/facilities Support staff of the respective laboratories
Libraries Support staff of the respective libraries

For non-office hours support, you can send an email to ithelp@hku.hk and we will follow up on the next working day. 

NOTE: Printing units will be reimbursed if any printing/copying jobs can't be printed successfully due to printer problems. Refund will NOT be arranged under any circumstance.
