Frequently Asked Questions - join meetings

  1. Can a teacher invite a non-organization member e.g. a student or an outside guest to join an instant meeting?
  2. How can we prevent non-HKU students from joining a meeting? If we have 100 or 200 students, teachers can't check them one by one.
  3. Can participants join an MS Teams meeting on their mobile phone by clicking the meeting link?
  4. Does it mean that anyone can join a meeting with the meeting link?
