Why my Windows PC (pre-2020 or pre-WiFi6) cannot detect HKU WiFi?

ITS is improving the WiFi service in phase by upgrading WiFi access points to support WiFi 6.  Users who are using WiFi 5 devices may need to update the wireless network adaptors of their Windows PCs (e.g. version before 20.70.0.5 for Windows 10).
