I have registered my alternate email address for receiving the token code for using 2FA. However, I have not received the token code. What should I do?

Please go to HKU Portal, type “2FA” in the Search field and click the link ”Register to Use 2FA”.  Double check if the alternate email address entered is correct.  Please update the registration form for any changes to be made.
