I encountered problems to sign in MS Teams. What can I do?

Please try to clear the cache data and reset MS Teams by the following steps:

1. Sign out MS Teams.

2. Delete the MS Teams cache folder by the following steps:

a. Open File Explorer Navigate.

b. Go to the “View” tab of File Explorer, check the box next to “Hidden Items”

c. Go to C:\Users\<your username on your PC>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams

d. Remove all files in the following folders:

-       Application Cache

-       Blob_storage

-       Cache

-       Databases

-       GPUCache

-       IndexedDB

-       LocalStorage

-       tmp

3. Restart your PC.

4. Open and sign in MS Teams.
