I cannot access my account to read my e-mail. What can be the reasons?

You should check the following carefully:

  1. You must login with the correct account name and password.
  2. You may have used your e-mail alias instead of your account name.
  3. If you are using client e-mail software such as Outlook, please check and ensure that your client e-mail software is configured correctly with the following settings:

    POP3 server :
    Return address :
    SMTP server : Your ISP's smtp server name
