You should check the following carefully:

You must login with the correct account name and password.

You may have used your e-mail alias instead of your account name.

If you are using client e-mail software such as Outlook, please check and ensure that your client e-mail software is configured correctly with the following settings:
POP3 server : graduate.hku.hk
Return address : username@graduate.hku.hk
SMTP server : Your ISP's smtp server name
