I will be retiring from HKU soon. Can I continue to keep my email account?

With effect from July 1, 2004, all retirees can use the HKU email service which is offered on an annual renewal basis.  Defintion of retirees is available from the HKU Staff Manual and retirees will receive a notice from Registry about their retiree status.

Retirees who are not having an HKU email account before retirement can fill out CF145 “Application for Retiree HKUCC1 Email Account” and return the completed form to ithelp@hku.hk for processing.
