ITS website will be temporarily inaccessible for less than 15 minutes during the update.

10:00 am - noon | 2FA server for firmware upgrade |
There will be two 10-minute interruptions on the 2FA server and services requiring 2FA to login will be affected. These include HKUVPN and some HKU Portal applications for staff (SIS, Manager Self Service, Personal & Family Data Form and Personnel File, annual tax return and pay slip) if they are accessed outside campus network.
