The IT Services provides Central Email and Calendar Service for Staff based on Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 or 2013. Besides the email service, the system offers the following features:
- 5GB of email quota
- contacts management
- tasks reminder
- multi-languages support
- instant search of email and calendar contents and contacts information
- integration with HKU Portal and single sign-on
