Implementation of IVRS for University Central Operator Service

Following our report in the last issue of ITS News, we would like to update that an Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) will be implemented in the morning of 3 July 2018 for answering enquiries through the number 2859 2111, the University’s central telephone operator service.  This IVRS supports 3 languages and is arranged in the sequence of Cantonese, English and Putonghua based on the pattern of calls in the past.
