A New Channel to Contact ITS Using Mobile App “ServiceNow”

We are pleased to announce the addition of a new channel, ServiceNow App, to contact ITS in case you wish to request assistance or report an issue in using the central IT services.

With this new addition, staff and students can now contact us through any of the following channels:

ServiceNow App

To use the ServiceNow App, please download it from App Store or Google Play using the keyword search “servicenow”.  Then enter the instance name https://itsnow.hku.hk and login with HKU Portal UID and PIN.  

Through this App, staff and students can log a service request or report an issue with us.  They can also check the status of their incidents logged, find useful information from the knowledge base and fill in user surveys for completed incidents.   User guides are available at http://www.its.hku.hk/documentation/guide/servicedesk/servicenow-app.
