Service Desk

Our professional staff are stationed at the Service Desk at 1/F, Library Building (Old Wing), or Service Counters at Chi Wah Learning Commons to provide advice and assistance in using our services.

The documentation page includes User Handbook, User Guide, Self-learning Tutorial. It provides a gateway for users to find a solution to most IT related questions. 

Facilities

Quick way to access most commonly used IT facilities. 

PC Availability

To facilitate staff and students to look for communal PC’s available for use in the Chi Wah Learning Commons, The Oval and Faculty-Based PC Laboratories.

Account Utilities

To apply staff account, check disk quota and change HKU Portal PIN. 

Print Utilities

Check quota and print history in uPrint .
